Our Warantee and Return Policy is as follows:

Electronic courses and books can be copied and the original returned. This is a common practice among thieves on the Internet, and there is NO WAY to tell if this is the case or not. While 99.99% of our customers are NOT conducting illegal transactions with us, We have no way of determining that the purchase has not been copied, changed, altered or in any other way been subject to such treatment(s), and therefor, regretfully have a NO RETURN POLICY on Electric Products, with the exception of failure to deliver, which We CAN determine, and a return credit or a second down-load can be arranged.

Comic books can be torn, bent, spindled, have pages removed, be subject to eye-wear, and other abuses. Therefor, pictures of all comic books are taken both before mail-outs and after returns, and no monies due will be refunded until it can be determined that each purchase has been returned in original and saleable condition. Any such alterations or damages that change the value of the item will be deducted from the original purchase price, and at that time, any monies due will be refunded or credited, according to the original purchase conditions.

All other orders from The FANTACY MALL may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the exception of the conditions listed below. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Email us to obtain an RMA# from a representative.

The original seller, hereafter refered to as The Fantacy Mall, assumes no responsibility for shipment or/and handling, and in both the original purchase and returned items, for whatever reason, the original purchasor assumes financial responsibility.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, findings, extensions, and any additional items used for the particualr item (such as jewelry stands, storage containers, etc). with the return authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the recieved date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items, in original condition as well, in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order or/and the return costs cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. The FANTACY MALL absorbs this cost on all individual items under $20 purchase price, but MAY charge it on a multiple-order purchase over $100. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied prior to refund of the purchase price, as well as damages, if any.

The FANTACY MALL is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery.

The FANTACY MALL highly recommends the original purchasor purchase INSURANCE on returned goods, to aviod liability of or on damage expenses conserning returned goods.

Since The FANTACY MALL cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked or/and insured.

Product Exceptions To Return Policy:

Any or/and all televisions, LCD or Plasma Screen TVs or/and Monitors may not be returned at all. Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your television or/and monitor:

# You must carefully inspect the box your TV or MONITOR comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery. The shipper will remove the TV or MONITOR and we will credit your order back to the Credit Card company or refund your Money Order in kind (for example, with another valid Money Order, or Bank Check).

# You must sign the shipper's release form (By an authorized adult) to complete the delivery process. Your signature acknowledges that you understand this Special Return Policy, and the condition of the TV or/and MONITOR meets your expectations, and you understand that you cannot return the TV or/and MONITOR.

# After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty, repair, exchange or return policy you might have through them, We do not carry or offer such policies, and all matters of this sort are the sole responsibility of the purchasor or/and the original manufacturer, or/and their authorized agent.

The FANTACY MALL ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:

The FANTACY MALL warrants our products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase not inclusive of conditions of mechanical or materials defect. The FANTACY MALL agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective product if returned to The FANTACY MALL within the original 30 day warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase, all inclusive materials, and repacked in the original shipping container(s).

This warranty does not extend to any FANTACY MALL products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, user accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating or assembly instructions furnished by us or the original manufacturer, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than The FANTACY MALL. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person or agency is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Indemnification:

Each Party shall defend, indemnify, and hold the other Party and its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, distributors, franchisees, and employees harmless from and against any and all third party claims, losses, damages, actions, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of any claim, demand, action, suit, investigation, arbitration, or other proceeding by a third party out of the indemnifying Party's material breach of any duty, representation, or warranty under the Agreement.

If, for ANY reason, any part of this agreement shall become un-enforcible, the remainder of the agreement shall remain valid, and binding.

Prices may change without notice and discounts may be subject to additional constraints.
The FANTACY MALL reserves the right to discontinue any posted sale or/and promotional offers at any time.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. If you have any questions concerning this warranty please feel free to contact us by Email for an explanation prior to any purchase being considered, For example:

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or/and the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the ORIGINAL CUSTOMER.

Under these conditions (stated above), understand the following SIX things:

1) Over-seas orders may take a little longer to arrive, due to distance constraints, and over-seas buyers are responsible for additional costs incurred (such as additional shipping costs, VAT, or other LEGITIMATE costs involved in out-of-country shipping)

2) Business and personal Checks may take up to an additional 14 DAYS to clear, please adjust your order to reflect this, as a BANK POLICY it's out of Our hands.

3) Credit Cards that are OVERCHARGED may not offer up payment, according to YOUR Bank policy, and We have NO CONTROL over that, in fact, it's an indication that the Card Purchase is an invalid one, and We do NOT ship without payment.

4) The FANTACY MALL will NOT sell to foreign countries or persons that are not legitimate to sell to. This includes any country or persons We are at WAR with, any country or persons involved in Anti-American activities, any country or persons that are involved in ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES of any manner (even in legitimate areas), or any countries or persons that reside in, visit, or are involved with African Countries ABOVE THE SAHARAH DESERT.

5) These conditions of sale are NOT limited to the above mentioned countries or persons, and MAY apply to others involved in ANYTHING not approved by THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, the UNITED STATES EXPORT REGULATIONS or/and any LEGAL CONDITIONS and FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS that may apply as well.

6) ANY attempts to hack into the Fantacy Mall for the purpose of theft, damage, or other illegal activities (such as multiple down-loads or changing orders) will immediately terminate any and all sales agreements, and moneys collected will be kept to pay for the repair of damages incurred. Any balances due after that will be turned over to the courts in the state of Massachusetts, and charges will be brought forth against the offending party(s).

Furthermore, ALL PARTIES AGREE:

Improper terminology, spelling or/and punctuation shall not constitute a breach of this agreement, nor reason to break above stated agreement, and the spirit of the agreement shall remain in tact in all cases.

Payment MUST be in the same form.

Over-seas purchasors are advised that
Bank Drafts are a simple way to avoid confusion.

Foreign customers are responsible for
additional costs, such as extra shipping
costs, VAT, or other applicable expenses
